We love keeping in touch with you guys and almost all of our correspondence is via electronic means, such as e-mail and social media. We send e-mails about contests and sales via our newsletters, in addition to other news and important order info via individual help desk notifications. Here’s what might be up:
Gmail, Yahoo!, and Hotmail can mistakenly block CysterWigs messages as spam, and many of our customers who have these addresses don't receive our messages at all. If your address is through one of those providers, this is most likely the reason. But, you can adjust your settings to make sure our e-mails get to your inbox and not your spam folder. Here’s how to do it with Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, and Yahoo.

If that still doesn’t fix the issue, then you may want to try signing up for our newsletter, or providing us with an e-mail that DOES NOT have one of these domains attached. It’s a very quick and easy way around the entire issue. :)
