Here at CysterWigs, we do not sugar-coat things or put on a fake, “everything is awesome all the time,” kind of glossy coat on stuff. That is how people end up getting manipulated, so we don’t do it. Plus, it’s kind of condescending to be super-fake-smiley when the things we discuss with our clients can literally be life and death at times.
We owe it to you to be kind AND to take your story seriously...and we would like to gently ask that you try to keep the tone respectful when you address us, in return.
We know that somedays you’ll feel sick, tired, worn down, depressed, and downright cranky – because we’ve been there too!
My CSRs are trained to focus on you and not the sale. We don’t pay them commission and we do not use a CRM software behind the scenes. We treat every client that comes in with fresh eyes and an open mind – and that is something that requires an epic amount of empathy! This also means that they take it very personally when interactions turn sour because we get to know a lot of you so intimately that we consider you our friends, not just our clients. (It’s super-trite, so you have my apologies if that sounded a bit too much like a cheesy 1980s after-school special!)
