Heather, I have received the Renau styling spray, but nothing else. Would you give me the status of my wigs order?
The first thing we do when someone asks a question like this is instruct the e-mail sender to check out the bottom of their order confirmation email.

That is really everything you need to know about why something might arrive ahead of the rest of your order!
In this particular example, the client’s styling spray came from our warehouse in North Canton, OH. (We now warehouse in South Portland, ME for the record.) It got there in no time flat because it was sent via USPS Priority 2-day mail, our default when we ship from the warehouse.
The wigs, however, were shipped directly from the warehouse of the manufacturer, Jon Reanu, in Southern California via UPS Ground. That usually takes about 5 - 10 business days to ship across the country.
When you take all of this into consideration, it makes perfect sense that the item we sent would arrive ahead of the rest of the order.
You may be asking why we do things this way. Well, that’s simple! We don’t want to hold up your order by shipping it all to us first. This can delay the process by up to a week! We don’t like delays, and suspect you don’t, either.
Like most wig stores, we drop-ship most orders. Drop-shipping is when you ship from the manufacturer’s warehouse as opposed to buying a bunch of stuff up front and sell from your own existing stock. (FYI: That latter option is actually VERY rare in online wig sales. Most stores drop-ship, even the big ones.)
We do it this way because we want to help you get your items as quickly as possible! :D
*Please note that accessory orders are sometimes consolidated due to the cost of multiple individual shipments for small items such as a wig cap, or an order of 6 T-pins.
