PS: In full disclosure, we reserve the right to contact you directly instead of publishing your comment if it seems like you have an issue with your order or other situation that is more appropriate to handle on an individual basis. If you DO have an issue, in lieu of submitting a review to tell us, we request that you please let us know directly by submitting a ticket to our Client Care Help Desk team so we can give you our prompt attention. We monitor client help desk tickets all throughout operating hours. Client-submitted reviews are only moderated about once a week, by comparison.
PPS: Have you submitted some glowing words in the past that are not included on this list . . . but you'd still like to see them here? I've received hundreds of generous, kind, and encouraging emails since I opened CysterWigs in 2013. I will continue to look for these lovely e-mails as I work throughout the day so I can add them here. If you would like to forward them again to give me a little memory jog, I would love it!
