We want to give you as much time as possible to decide whether or not the hair you've purchased from us is for you.
All returns and exchanges have a 45-day expiration from the time the item arrives at your door (according to tracking data). This means that your package must be postmarked by no later than 45 calendar days from the date of its arrival at your location. Any items we receive that were postmarked to us after the 45th day (from your receipt of the item) will be sent back to you automatically.
PS: Make sure you don't wear it until you've decided to keep it. Be careful not to nullify the return policy. If the wig smells like your head and not a "new wig", for example, we won't accept the return.
