What is this?
This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
Who can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. You MUST be logged in under your account ID to accumulate points. If you have any questions about this, or if you need to know your CysterWigs account status, please contact our Client Care Help Desk.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu. NOTE: You MUST be logged into your free CysterWigs store account at the time of your purchase to accumulate Loyalty Rewards points.
What if I don't have an account or forget to login?
This is an automated system run by a third-party software provider. YOU MUST be logged in to your site account to accumulate points. There is no way for CysterWigs.com to issue your credits manually in the event you forget to log into the site. If you have questions about the status of your account or have difficulty logging in PRIOR to making your purchase, please contact our CCHD for assistance.
How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is on every page at the top of your screen, provided you log into your store account first.
How do I redeem my points?
Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Do points expire?
Your points will expire 365 days after they are earned.
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'canceled' statuses mean?
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
- Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. (Purchase: There is a built-in delay for these because the store owner needs to verify that you have not returned or exchanged your purchase. Referrals: Again, there is a delay built-in here since the store owner needs to verify that your referral bought an item worth $75 or more AND did not return or exchange this item.)
- Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled).
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Points awarded for purchases and referrals will always be delayed by up to 45 days to verify that you (or your referral) did not cancel their order or return/exchange the product.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
Can past purchases be applied for Loyalty Rewards Points?

What if I want to use redeemed loyalty points AND a store coupon at the same time?
As of April 18, 2017, you can not combine CysterWigs Loyalty rewards discounts with our other discounts or coupons.
What if I cancel my order or return the items for refund or exchange? Do I still get the credits?
No. These will automatically be removed from your total number of Loyalty Rewards. There is also a built-in delay for Loyalty Rewards based on purchases to avoid situations where you might redeem the credits after the items have been returned.

I left a review of a product. I thought I was supposed to get points?
We ARE giving loyalty points for every product review, but only reviews done via the automated emails generated by our reviews app.
Whenever you purchase a wig from us you will receive an automated review request email about 14 - 20 days later. If you respond to that with a review, you will receive the points, provided that same email address is also used for your CysterWigs store account.
Points will not be manually awarded for reviews left directly on the site or submitted to us directly via any other email mechanism than the automated review prompts mentioned above. (The entire points system is automated.)
Any reviews submitted before May 1, 2017 are not eligible for points, since this is the start date of this part of the program. (Again, the entire system is automated, so no manual adjustments will be made.)

With your new policy, I can't use loyalty point when you have a 30% off sale, which is frequent. So basically reward points are useless. I don't see the advantage or savings opportunities anymore.
Hi Kathleen - although that policy changed quite a while ago, rewards points are still a valuable perk! I let mine build up and then use them on a wig that would not normally be eligible for the 30% discount like Tony of Beverly or Henry Margu. If I decide to use them on a lower priced wig, the rewards points are often greater than the 30% discount might be.

I absolutely love the Jon Renau Softie Boho caps, but the headwear isn't eligible for the 30% either, so I decided that's how I would use my loyalty rewards points. Now, I look forward to saving and spend the points! After finally taking some time to review all of the products on the site, I found a couple of other products I'd like to have that are also ineligible for the 30% discount, besides the gorgeous wigs.
