What sort of device are you using to view our site?
Are you having this issue with the desktop version of the site, or the mobile version? Do you know the difference?
If you are using a phone, we believe the browser (usually Google Chrome on an Android) that you are using on your phone is preventing you from being able to use our dropdown menu on the mobile version of our site.
The good news is that this is a really easy fix! One way you can work around this is to use the desktop version of the site instead. You can use the desktop version of the site on your phone!
- When viewing the mobile version of a site, open the menu and check the box located next to Request Desktop site. The Web page will automatically begin to reload in the background.
- With the box checked, you will see the desktop version of the site loaded for only that tab. As you can see in the background of the screenshot below, the desktop version of Google has loaded.
If you're unable to do this on your phone, the best bet would be to place an order from a computer.
