The difference in blonde shades can be a little tricky because they all look so similar!
Ash Blonde going to be a cooler blonde with a blue/greenish base tone, while a beige blonde has a slightly warmer violet/gold base tones.
Sandy blonde is going to fit in this cooler category as well. It has both ashy cool tones and rich warm blonde tones, however they are very subtle.
Amber blonde is going to be a much warmer blonde with more pronounced orange and red undertones, while still keeping some of the golden tones. It's kind of a step up from a warm honey blonde which is going to have more of the warm golden/yellowish tones.
Butterscotch blonde is going to be the most golden and warmer of all these shades combining a golden blonde with a rich lighter caramel shade.
