"The Reagan wig that I am currently wearing is about 2 weeks old. I have noticed the back nape section is starting to look fatty or almost ‘split end’ like. How do I prevent this?"
When a wig is worn every day for hours on end, like how I wear mine, they often run into the issue of getting tangled, matted, or frizzy at the ends. My best advice is to invest in a wide-tooth comb and styling spray or conditioning spray to help comb out the ends and keep them soft and manageable.
What I also do is I wash my wigs using fabric softener. Heather has a very helpful article HERE explaining how to wash your wigs using fabric softener.
