Initiating a return on our site is easy as pie! I've included some step by step instructions on how to do so below:

1. Go to Cysterwigs.com and hover your mouse over the Cysterwigs option on the mega menu.
***Please keep in mind if you click on the "Cysterwigs" link, instead of hovering over, it will take you to all of the products we carry.
2. This will pull up a drop-down menu containing tons of helpful options.
The one you're specifically looking for is Return Policy. Hover your mouse this link to see the Initiate A Return button.

3. When you see that Initiate a Return button, click away!
4. This will take you to our Start Your Return page. It will look something like this:
5. Enter in the email you used to place the order and the order number of the item you are returning. Your order number will look something like this (CWXXXXX) and can be found on your shipping invoice, confirmation email, and Cysterwigs account.
**Please note if you are returning multiple orders, you will need to initiate a return for EACH order.
6. Once you get that information entered in, click the blue Start Return button and you've just started your return!
7. Once our system verifies your return, you will be taken to a page that looks a like this:
8. From here, select the order you are returning. In this case, order CW46853. When you hover over the box with your mouse, the grey bar will turn green. Click anywhere in this box to be taken to the next step in the returns process.
9. The next step is easy as pie, verifying your address! If everything looks correct, click the green Continue button:
10. Now, select the item(s) you are returning.
***If you have multiple items on this order, select the ones you will be returning.
11. Once you click on the item(s), a pop up will open asking your refund preference, why you are returning, and any additional comments. It looks a little something like this:
12a. If you would like a refund to your original method of payment, select the Refund box:
12b. If you would like an exchange (store credit), select the Credit box:
13. Once you have chosen your refund preference. You will need to specify the reason you are returning via the drop-down menu.
13b. Most of these return options require additional information as to why you are returning. Just a quick little note will suffice.
***A red "required" will appear next to all the options that require additional info.
14. You also have the option to add a photo to your return. You can do so by clicking the blue Browse Images button.
***This isn't required for all return options.
15. There are, however, two options that require both a photo and additional information. Those are Damaged and Received Extra Item.

16. After adding your reason, additional information, and photo (if applicable) click the green Add button at the bottom of the popup.
17. You're almost done! The popup should close, taking you back to the original screen. If everything looks correct, click the green Continue button at the bottom of the screen.
***If you do need to change something, just click on the item again. This will pull up the same popup, allowing you to edit you refund preference and any comments.
18. To finish this return up, on the Review Your Return page, click the green Finish button at the bottom of the page.
19. You have officially initiated your return with Cysterwigs! This last page is where you can print your return shipping label and see updates on how your return is processing.
***Shipping labels are good for 2 weeks after the issue date. Expired label, let us know! We're happy to issue a new one.
***Don't have a printer! Let us know. Contact the CCHD at email@example.com.
