Initiating a return on our site is easy as pie! I've included some step by step instructions on how to do so below:

1. Go to Cysterwigs.com and tap on the teal Menu option on the left-hand side of the screen. (Look for the 3 lines)
2. This will open all of our menu options. The very first option is Cysterwigs.
Tap the arrow next to the word.
***Please keep in mind if you tap on the "Cysterwigs" link, instead of the arrow, it will take you to our main product page.
3. The option you're looking for is Orders & Returns. Tap the arrow next to the Orders & Returns option and you will see two subcategories.

4. From here you will need to tap the arrow next to Return Policy. This will give you a direct link to our returns system.

5. Tap the Initiate A Return link and it will take you to the Start Your Return page. It'll look like this:
6. Enter in the email you used to place the order and the order number of the item you are returning. Your order number will look something like this (CWXXXXX) and can be found on your shipping invoice, confirmation email, and Cysterwigs account.
**Please note if you are returning multiple orders, you will need to initiate a return for EACH order.
7. Once you get that information entered in, tap the blue Start Return button and you've just started your return!
8. Once our system verifies your return, you will be taken to a page that looks a like this:
9. From here, select the order you are returning. In this case, order CW46853. Tap anywhere in the box to be taken to the next step in the returns process.
10. The next step is easy as pie, verifying your address! If everything looks correct, tap the green Continue button:
10. All that's left is to select the item(s) you are returning.
***If you have multiple items on this order, select the ones you will be returning.
11. Once you tap on the item, a pop up will open asking your refund preference, why you are returning, and any additional comments. It looks a little something like this:
12a. If you would like a refund to your original method of payment, tap the Refund box:
12b. If you would like an exchange (store credit), tap the Credit box:
13. Once you have chosen your refund preference. You will need to specify the reason you are returning via the drop-down menu.
13b. Most of these return options require additional information as to why you are returning. Just a quick little note will suffice.
***A red "required" will appear next to all the options that require additional info.
14. You also have the option to add a photo to your return. You can do so by tapping the blue Browse Images button.
***This isn't required for all return options.
15. There are, however, two options that require both a photo and additional information. Those are Damaged and Received Extra Item.

16. After adding your reason, additional information, and photo (if applicable) tap the green Add button at the bottom.
17. You're almost done! The popup should close, taking you back to the original screen. If everything looks correct, tap the green Continue button at the bottom of the screen.
***If you do need to change something, just click on the item again. This will pull up the same popup, allowing you to edit you refund preference and any comments.
18. To finish this return up, on the Review Your Return page, tap the green Finish button at the bottom of the page.
19. You have officially initiated your return with Cysterwigs! This last page is where you can print your return shipping label and see updates on how your return is processing.
***Shipping labels are good for 2 weeks after the issue date. Expired label, let us know! We're happy to issue a new one.
***Don't have a printer! Let us know. Contact the CCHD at email@example.com.
