At cysterwigs.com we've tried to make it easy for our Cysters to initiate a return by making it automated directly on our website.
We have also offered some nifty step by step instructions in case one needs a little help (check it out HERE)
We've noticed with some folks are still having difficulty completing the process and have gotten stuck on a specific page.
We've discovered that this issue most often this is resolved when you click the Refund (original purchase tender) or Credit (store credit) toward the top of the page; as that portion is often overlooked in the process.
Then they can click the green Add icon at the bottom!
